The reflow process is the most important soldering process in current surface mount technology. It has been widely used in many industries including mobile phones, computers, automotive electronics, control circuits, communications, and LED lighting. More and more electronic original devices have been converted from through-holes to surface mounts, and reflow soldering has replaced the wave soldering in a considerable range. This has become a clear trend in the soldering industry.

System Components
1, the system needs a control center
Features:
◆ Monitor the operation of the entire reflow soldering machine.
◆ Perform regular setup and control operations.
◆ Execution management function, responsible for the scheduling, distribution, and arrangement of all work parts, so that it runs well.
2. The tasks completed by the system
◆ Perform regular or scheduled monitoring functions; such as: temperature detection, adjustment and control, transmission speed, direction detection and control.
◆Automatic detection function, automatic ultra-low temperature sound and light alarm function.
◆ Directly and quickly achieve control and analysis functions.
◆The system adopts double-sided heating technology to reduce the bending deformation of PCB board and has high requirements for temperature control accuracy.
3, system requirements
◆Input channel of signal feedback (signal acquisition)
◆Switch output channel (control SSR)
◆ Serial output control inverter (control the speed of the conveyor belt)
◆ Analog output (control hot air blower, achieve temperature control)
◆ Analog input (thermocouple signal input)
Reflow design
In order to achieve all the above functions, and hope to obtain the comprehensive effect of high reliability, high stability and strong anti-interference ability of the whole control system, we finally chose EVOC special computer plus automation board to form IPC+SSR system. It realizes all temperature detection and control in reflow soldering, mechanical transmission direction and speed control, temperature alarm, N2 concentration detection and other parameters control.
